Totally Wear It currently ships worldwide!

SHIPPING COSTS

1.   Free shipping worldwide with any order over $50! 

The shipping is completely free, regardless of the weight and size of your package with any order over $50.

Note: Free shipping will not be applied to Give away promotion. 

2. The shipping fee will be $3.95 per items for any order below $50

.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

All orders ship direct from our warehouse in United States for T-shirts and China for leggings using either US couriers, Royal Mail or E-packet. Tracking is available for most countries, and will be shared with the customer when available.

ORDER TIMELINE

We process orders M-F, during office hours, however we do not operate on US national holidays. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and then 2-5 weeks for shipping. Shipping time will depend on the country, see estimated delivery times below, which are in addition to order processing times.

* US holidays as well as Chinese holidays can delay shipping times. If you do plan to order around a holiday, please order early to make sure your leggings arrive on time. Click here for a calendar of Chinese national holidays during which our warehouse staff in China will be on vacation. We cannot be held liable for longer than estimated shipping times. We will do our best to alert customers of times when holiday shipping times may cause delays.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION

It is solely the buyer's responsibility to supply a correct address. Even slight errors, such as an incorrect zip code or apartment number, may delay or prevent timely delivery. Please contact us immediately if an incorrect address was given and we will do our best to correct the matter. If your order has already been shipped, we are not liable or responsible for any issues that may arise such as misplacement, theft, or delay. ORDER CHANGES CANNOT BE MADE ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND SHIPPED.

TRACKING INFORMATION

All processed orders will have applicable tracking links emailed to the email address used on the order. Please allow 3-5 days for tracking details to populate on the tracking website. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If the tracking number shows that the item has been delivered, we ask that you contact your local post office about the delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Totally Wear It team processes most orders within 24 hours. During that window, we can only accept an order cancellation if the order has yet to be shipped. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us at hello@totallywearit.com and a member of our team will get back to you.


SHIPPING ADDRESS

1. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place an order. Customer will bear all costs due to incorrect addresses.   
2. We do not ship to Africa areas except Egypt and South Africa. 
3. We do not accept PO Box address, BFPO address (UK) or APO/FPO address.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

1. Cancellation 
Please inform us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.   
If the order is already shipped, please sign the parcel and refer to our return policy. We won't take any responsibility if customers refuse to sign the parcel. 

2. Unsuccessful delivery

Once orders are shipped, you will need to contact the delivery carrier for any further information. We are not responsible for shipments that show delivered and you did not receive. 

CUSTOMS

1. All countries may be subject to import charges (Duties, Customs tariffs and VAT) which are set by the destination country. 
2. We’re doing everything we can to help customers avoid the tax, and normally there wouldn’t be any. 
3. Please  email us  as soon as possible if the customs contact you. 
4. If by any chance you pay the taxes, we would like to refund corresponding credits to your Totally Wear It account as compensation. 
5. Totally Wear It is not responsible for the loss resulting from non-payment of customs or any delays caused by destination customs clearance process.
